Headaches and Migraines

There are many different causes of a headache, many originating from tightness in the musculoskeletal system, especially from the neck. Tightness in the neck muscles, or restrictions in the joints can result in inflammation and congestion in the head, leading to a headache.

The tightness and restrictions can be caused by a number of factors, including stress, poor posture, previous injuries, diet or poor work ergonomics. All of these factors can be addressed by an Osteopath.
